  • What other languages are you making?

    We have been working on most popular Asian languages such as Japanese, Korean and Cantonese and we will continue to add more languages to the series including popular European languages such as Italian, Spanish, French and German.   • If I were to purchase a new phone would I have to pay to download the pro app again since I have already made the purchase once?

    No, provided you use the same iTunes account on the new phone. You can download apps you have already purchased from the purchased list in the App Store.

  • Do I need to be connected to the internet to use this app?

    You only need the internet when you upgrade to full content. After you downloaded the content you won't need the internet ever again!

  • I recently upgraded the app and am having trouble downloading the paid material. The download bar starts ok then gives me an error message. Anything you can advise to resolve this?

    Please delete the app, reinstall it and try again make sure you are on a stable high speed internet connection.

  • I'm trying to purchase the upgrade version but keep getting a message that it can't connect to App Store.

    This is a random issue with your internet connection and iTunes App Store. Turning off Wi-Fi then try upgrade again will allow you to download.

  • My purchase was a mistake I want refund.
